How to Edit Hidden Alternate Map Layouts

To edit unseen layouts for maps such as Seafoam Islands Basement in FRLG and Route 111 in Emerald

Check the map scripts for your map, and find setmapfooter X. Take note of the number.

Go to the map in question, hit Edit Map Header and then View Table in Data Tab. Next, hit the arrow next to layoutID.

Copy the offset for the layoutID for our earlier number minus 1, then paste it into the previous table, replacing the layout offset

Seafoam Basement (Original): <316410>

Seafoam Basement (Alternate): <33BE30>

Route 111 (no Tower): <3F8324>

Route 111 (Tower): <470BD8>
