Using Long Grass and Micro Grass

The long grass (Route 119) and micro grass (Verdanturf Town) from Emerald already exist in FireRed, they just need to be "activated". If your using HUBOL everything is already working, just missing the tiles/blocks!

Tiles/blocks for the long grass have to be drawn in (I just copied them from Emerald)
Use block behavior Unused_03 for long grass animation
Sprite for long grass animation is in graphics.overworld.sprites2 at index 15
Use block behavior Unused_07 for tiny grass animation
Sprite for tiny grass animation is in graphics.overworld.sprites2 at index 30
NOTE: Using Cut on any custom grass block does not clear it. I believe ability to be cut is tied to block ID, I tested making a duplicate of the normal tall grass block in other places in the blockset and they were not able to be cut either.
