NOTE: This is a universal change to fishing success across the whole game

How To

The success chance = (byte value/64)

For guaranteed success set to 64


Standard Fishing (default 50%)

Change 1492742 from 32 to (anything between 0-64)


Suction Cups/Sticky Hold (default 85%)

Change 1492762 from 55 to (anything between 0-64)
